My 18th Birthday

This is my official first blog post written as a legal adult, woohoo! I celebrated by eighteenth birthday this past Thursday, July 20th. My day was filled with the best friends and family a girl could ever ask for! For those that know me well, it was not a surprise that I chose to celebrate in Lilly. I have an apparent love for all things Lilly Pulitzer and this outfit personified this! Summer is all about cool comfort in the great northeast and outfits such as this one, printed skirt/shorts with a white shirt has been my go to outfit. The scalloped skirt came from the New York City store on a recent visit with my mom. If you ever have the opportunity to visit, go! The options in this two story store may be a little overwhelming but in the best way possible. Had I not been able to show restraint, I may very well have far exceeded my summer budget in this one store!

Flowy Orange Skirt

The beach is hands down my favorite place to take blog pictures, and I'm pleased with how these turned out. I bought this skirt while in NYC a couple weeks before our vacation with my Mom and paired it with other things I already have. I love how fun and flowy this skirt is, it's very different from anything else I own. I wore this all night to dinner and walking around the boardwalk, and I was super comfortable.

Beach Vacation

My family left for our annual vacation the day after my graduation so we celebrated while we were away. This worked out perfectly as it gave me an opportunity to wear my new favorite summer dress from J.Crew Factory, along with a pair of small heels from Nordstrom Rack. I completed the look,  with the pearl earrings I wore to my senior ball. The final touch was the wicker clutch/purse. I have everything linked below that I wore in this outfit! P.S. High School Graduation

And just like that, it's all over! I am so excited to share all these graduation pictures with everyone. I wore a white Lilly dress I got from the winter sale this year, but I linked one that they are selling right now that is ver similar. I wore my favorite sandals right now, the Jack Rogers Daphne sandal which were very comfortable the whole night.
